We offer a 3 to 5 days return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Broken

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 3–5 days after receiving your order.

📸 How to Request a Return

To process your return or exchange:

  1. Share clear pictures or video immediately after opening the parcel.

  2. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  3. Contact us within the return period.

Once your request is approved, we will:

✔ Exchange the product
OR
✔ Refund your full amount

💳 Refund Details

  • Product amount is fully refundable.

  • Delivery charges are also refundable.

  • Refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refund time may take 3–7 working days depending on the payment method.

🚫 Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The item has been used or worn

  • Original packaging or tags are missing

  • Complaint is made after 5 days

  • Damage is caused by customer misuse
